Vigilant The wood is Cherry from a log that had been sunk in Stokes Bay for about 100 years before being pulled to shore and milled. The rim was dyed with aneline wood dye and the Eagle was burned in then the lines sculpted with a mini turbine before painting black then sanding and finish the colouring of the Eagle. © Dirk Hoogendoorn |  |
