Woodturning Tips & Jigs

Antistatic Treatment for Face Shields
from Al Galbraith
Please review an important notice before using this woodturning tip

This turning tip comes from Al Galbraith of Waterloo, Ontario. Al has come up with a very interesting and inexpensive way to reduce static build up and help to stop (or limit) dust from sticking to your face shield.

Al uses a household dryer sheet (e.g., Bounce) to gently wipe down the face shield before each use. He reports that this significantly reduces the build up of static charge and provides him with greatly improved visibility.
